The Waiting List is the list a client will go on when I do not have the product they're looking for in stock. Getting put on the list is absolutely free. Approximately one week prior to me starting an order, I will contact the client to confirm their order. Most orders can be paid upon completion, but if your order is a "one of a kind" build, it will be subject to payment up front. This protects me from investing time and materials into an order that will not get paid for and is unable to be resold to another client.
We use a variety of high-quality leathers. Every holster body, mag carrier body, and belt body, are made from premium grade, vegetable tanned leather from Wickett and Craig. Some accent pieces may come from genuine exotic leathers.
To some extent. My current business model is to reduce the amount of time I spend designing products and more time building holsters utilizing established patterns.
Yes. Every holster pictured in a right-handed configuration can also be made in a left-hand configuration.
Possibly. You must first be the owner of the logo. I will not use logos that require licensing unless you are the person that owns the rights to the logo and are able to authorize its use.
I would love to do so, and I have in the past. But, just about every one of my clients fall into one or both categories and as a very small buisness owner, I can not financially do this without raising costs to everyone.
Yes! Friction from leather contact is a very real and common cause of blued finish wear—especially in well-molded holsters designed for retention. Bluing is a thin oxidation layer, not a protective coating, so it has limited resistance to abrasion. A properly molded holster creates tight contact at key retention points, and repeated draw/reholster cycles gradually polish and wear those areas.
Yes! Any holster pattern listed on my website can be lined. For lined holsters, I use two layers of holster leather and glue the flesh sides together, which will result in a smooth grain interior and exterior. Another option would be to order a holster Rough Side Out, which puts a single layer of leather's smooth grain side on the interior. The lined option is an additional $100 to cover additional material and labor costs. There is no upcharge for a Rough Side Out holster where the body is made from one layer of leather instead of two.
